Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our service providers and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

 

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25.00. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged $35.00.

 This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services.

 

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of $35.00.

Late Arrivals

A grace period is not guaranteed and will depend on the length and type of service booked. For shorter appointments, including electrolysis appointments, arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled in order to accommodate the provider's schedule and other scheduled clients.

 

If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your scheduled service within the remaining appointment time, the appointment may be considered a cancellation and applicable fees may apply.

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the applicable no-show fee will be charged.

 

Deposits

In order to enforce our cancellation policy, you will need a credit card when booking your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment. 

 

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Lifetime Laser, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
